The 2-Ingredient Cupcakes That You Shouldn't Pass On This Fall

You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen to make delicious fall-inspired cupcakes. All you need is a few minutes and two ingredients: spice cake mix and canned pumpkin purée.
Combine the powdered spice cake mix with one can of puréed pumpkin. Fold the ingredients together thoroughly, then pour the mixture into your cupcake tin(s).
Let the treats bake for around 20 minutes, and poke a toothpick into the center of one cupcake to check the doneness. If it comes out clean, it means they're done.
You can enjoy these super easy pumpkin treats like muffins by leaving them plain and enjoying them for breakfast, or frost them for a sugary dessert or afternoon snack.
