The 2-Ingredient Air Fryer Chicken You Have To Make Now

To make the crispiest chicken in your air fryer, you need just one extra ingredient: baking powder, which will give the chicken's texture a serious upgrade.
Rubbing baking powder on
the outside of chicken dries out the skin. It also mixes with the oils and juices in poultry to create bubbles, which allows
for the skin to get crunchy.
For the best-possible-tasting baking powder, choose an aluminum-free version. Either toss your chicken pieces in a bowl of baking powder or apply it with a brush.
While it's not necessary, you can add salt to the mix to help extract even more moisture and ensure the crispiest results possible.
