This blend infuses the classic buttery, mild taste of scrambled eggs with earthy and savory notes, layering over a warm, subtly spicy undertone, and a heart-warming aroma.
The amount of curry powder added to the scrambled eggs depends largely on how intense you want the flavors. For a few large eggs, half or a quarter teaspoon should do the trick.
