Stop Buying This Kirkland Frozen Seafood At Costco
BY James Andersen
When ranking nine frozen Costco seafood products, we concluded that the Kirkland Farm Raised Tilapia Loins are best avoided, as they're all sizzle and have very little to no steak.
Per Costco, they're considered the premium cut of the filet and marketed as hand-trimmed, boneless, skinless, and individually wrapped, making them an easy freezer meal option.
However, having to thaw the fish overnight and then eating an unimpressive piece of flaky fish with some noticeable holes let us down. Though not terrible, the meal lacked flavor.
