Start Picking Your Own Steak When You Go To Texas Roadhouse
BY SYLVIA TOMCZAK
The display case at Texas Roadhouse lets you hand-pick the exact steak you want, giving you the power to choose the best-looking steak. To do so, simply notify your server.
Once you decide, the butcher will tag the meat and give you a matching ticket to hand over to your server. Then, the only thing left to do is to patiently wait for your steak.
For a lean yet flavor-forward option, try the USDA Choice Sirloin. For something more tender, opt for a New York Strip or even a more richly marbled Ft. Worth Ribeye.
For a steak that will really melt in your mouth, try the Dallas Filet. There's also the impressive 20-ounce bone-in ribeye, or the 23-ounce Porterhouse T-bone.
