Starbucks’ 2023 winter menu debuted on January 3, and includes the return of some fan favorites, as a new variation on the chain's nutty pistachio-flavored latte. According to Best Coffee Recipes, which reviewed the drink in January 2022, the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew manages to capture real pistachio flavor in a cup.

Starbucks says that the drink "features Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, and is topped with silky pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown-buttery sprinkles." The company cites the year-round popularity of cold coffee as the force behind the new drink and hopes customers enjoy the cozy beverage.

Other items from the Winter 2023 menu include the return of the Red Velvet Loaf, along with bags of Starbucks Tribute Roast, a blend of beans from four countries. Though Starbucks Rewards is also notably changing in 2023, members can still rack up points and possibly snag the new Pistachio Cream Cold Brew for free.
