To participate, coffee lovers must sign up for Starbucks Rewards, where they can get daily free chances to win prizes and collect game pieces. The top prize, awarded to a possible two lucky winners is Starbucks for Life, defined as one "free food or standard menu beverage item" per day for a period of 30 years, a prize valued at $64,605.

There will also be 25 first-place prizes for free Starbucks for six months, and 100-second-place prizes for free Starbucks for a month.
