Replace Your Siriacha With Our Favorite Hot Sauce

When Tasting Table's taste testers ranked the best hot sauce brands, they found that Three Mountains' yellow sriracha had a solid medium-bodied and long-lasting heat.
Noting its neutral flavor, our taste testers couldn't help but consume this sauce repeatedly, and used it in just as many creative ways as any other sriracha.
Three Mountains yellow sriracha contains just five ingredients: sugar, garlic, vinegar, salt, and yellow chilis, also known as Thai burapa chilies.
Three Mountains grows all of the chilies for its sriracha sauces, including the red, green, and the yellow varieties, on a small farm in Sriracha, Thailand.
Thai burapa chilies are more complex than the red jalapeños in other sauces, adding a sweet and garlicky flavor and a Scoville heat rating between a cayenne pepper and a habanero.
