Replace Oil With Greek Yogurt For Fudgier Brownies

If you crave fudgy brownies, swap the oil for Greek yogurt to achieve the perfect texture. The yogurt will maintain the moisture content of the batter for a dense, fudgy brownie.
Moreover, the Greek yogurt will reduce the overall fat content of your brownies while adding a nice dose of protein, and the yogurt’s tanginess won’t be noticeable.
To make the swap, simply skip the oil and fold the Greek yogurt into your wet ingredients as you normally would. Start with ¾ cup of Greek yogurt per 1 cup of oil.
For the creamiest, richest texture, opt for whole-fat Greek yogurt. For vegan foodies, coconut or soy milk yogurt is a solid plant-based option.
