Sabatasso's gluten-free four-cheese pizza isn’t as crispy as the other gluten-free options on this list, likely because the others use cauliflower crusts.
As for the toppings, the four cheeses in the pizza — mozzarella, fontina, Parmesan, and Asiago — aren’t exactly distinguishable, but there’s definitely some complexity going on.
