14. Benihana Chicken Rice
Benihana's hibachi chicken rice has an off-putting and overpowering sweet flavor. There isn't much umami or even any salty elements to add flavor to it.
As for texture, the carrots held some bite and the chicken was tender enough, but none of the elements were distinguishable from each other. Moreover, the eggs were rubbery.
The dry buns beg for some sauce, and the meat patty is too thin. The grilled onions are a nice touch, but they don't save this sandwich from tasting like a processed slider.
Though not crispy, the chicken's breading is fairly well-seasoned. The chicken is dry, and the cheese is pretty processed, giving the sliders a distinctly "fake" flavor.
The chicken is dry and has no crunch, and the whole dish is underseasoned, solely relying on the sauce for its flavor. The rice is well-textured, but the veggies aren't noticeable.
The sauce in TGI Fridays’ spicy Cajun-style chicken fettuccine Alfredo is incredibly watery and the pasta is too al dente. Still, it tastes pretty good.
Although some Cajun flavors come through, the meal isn't the least bit spicy. Moreover, the chicken is super dry even after being repeatedly dunked in the sauce.
