Martha Stewart Likes To Load Up Holiday Eggnog With Booze
BY NIKKI MUNOZ
Martha Stewart's boozy homemade eggnog, made famous by her cookbook "Entertaining," packs quite the alcoholic punch with its use of three types of alcohol.
Stewart's recipe calls for three cups of bourbon, half a cup of dark rum, and two cups of cognac. Ingredients like sugar, vanilla, eggs, and milk help balance out the booze.
The recipe is meant to serve a crowd of 26. If it seems like too much alcohol for your preferences, there are ways to adjust the amount of booze.
Halve or quarter each type of alcohol for a milder version of the drink. Additionally, you can always cut out one or two types of alcohol.
