Liven Up Your Next Meatball Recipe With Bulgogi Sauce

Meatballs are a universally loved food. If your meatball recipe needs a little zhuzhing up, take inspiration from Korean cuisine and add a bit of bulgogi sauce.
Bulgogi marinade is made of soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar or honey, ginger, and garlic to create a rich umami sauce with both sweet and savory notes.
After either buying or making the sauce, you can add it straight to your meatball mixture or use it as a finishing sauce along with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onion.
