Leftover gravy doesn't have to be limited to reheating and pouring over foods all by itself. It can also be made into an effortlessly delicious condiment: gravy mayonnaise.
The combination of mayo's luscious texture and gravy's savory flavor make a decadent sauce full of rich and meaty goodness, guaranteed to make your mouth water.
Start with a base ratio of two parts mayonnaise to one part gravy. Whisk in a spoonful of gravy one at a time until you get the consistency you like for your condiment.
