The cabernet has recently found viral fame thanks to popular memes of the wine, but Josh Cellars has been operating in northern California since Joseph Carr started the winery in 2007.

Josh Cellars’ Cab has a rich flavor with notes of fruit that give way to oak and end with a smokey finish, earning the wine even a 91-point score from Wine Enthusiast in 2019.

Josh Cellars' Cab is made of grapes sourced from the Paso Robles, a coastal wine region of California that produces bold, full-bodied wines.
The grapes are then fermented and aged in oak barrels for at least one year, imbuing the wine with the light maple, oaky flavors Josh Cellars’ is known for.
