Freezers can get messy and chaotic with so many different foods stuffed inside, but there is an easy trick to help you find the items you need without emptying all the shelves.
Plastic file holders can be bought from office supply stores or Amazon for $6 to $8 each, and they can help you store food in your freezer safely and in a more organized way.
The file holders themselves don't take up much space and make more room for food in your freezer, since items won't be randomly scattered and stacked around.
You can even use differently-color holders to represent different food categories. Having the items lined up vertically also lets you read labels easily, like books on a shelf.
