Ina Garten Caps Baked Potatoes With A Beyond Creamy Whip

Ina Garten knows a thing or two about baked potatoes, from achieving the perfect crispy crust to whipping up the best creamy, flavorful baked potato topping.
Garten’s whipped spread is made with crumbled Greek feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, pulsed together in a food processor.
The resulting cheesy spread has a smooth and fluffy texture with a deliciously salty flavor that pairs perfectly with soft baked potato flesh and the crusty outer skin.
Garten said of her baked potato recipe with the special topping, “trust me, if you make these, people are going to say they're the best baked potatoes they've ever had.”
If you’re not a fan of Greek feta, you can use milder, less tangy French feta instead, but make sure to use room-temperature cream cheese to achieve a perfect fluffy consistency.
Serve your baked potatoes with chopped chives aside a grilled steak, and use the leftover cheesy spread to make a delicious crostini appetizer.
