Ina Garten Can't Resist One Fruity Vintage Chicken Dish
Ina Garten has added the irresistible Chicken Marbella dish to her arsenal of go-to recipes. However, her recipe differs from the original, thanks to a few minor tweaks.
Garten's changes include increasing the number of prunes originally called for in the recipe from a cup to a cup and a half.
She also doubled the amount of green olives, which are pitted before they’re added to the fruity marinade. Garten has also doubled the amount of garlic to a head and a half.
Garten also recommends covering the chicken with aluminum foil and letting it rest for a short time after it comes out of the oven before it is served.
