Impatient Chocolate Lovers Need Scrambled Brownies In Their Lives
BY Julia Holland
While the brownie baking and cooling process can be an agonizing wait for the more impatient bakers, you can enjoy the treat faster with scrambled brownies.
The process reduces cooking time by eliminating the need for baking altogether. This hack follows the same methodology as an egg scramble.
After whisking your brownie batter into a smooth mixture, pour a 1/3 cup dollop into a buttered skillet, gradually moving and breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Use a silicone spatula to glide the batter around a nonstick skillet; you soon see crumbly curds. You can expedite the process even more by using a store-bought boxed brownie mix.
You'll work in batches, with two pans worth of scrambled batter yielding an individual-sized mound of brownie crumbles.
