Celebrity chef and "Top Chef" judge Tom Colicchio has been a major influence in the restaurant world long before opening his first NYC restaurant, Craft, in 2001. With his mass amount of fine dining experience, Colicchio has explored a range of dining experiences from fast casual to high-end, proving he can do it all.

With seven restaurants total throughout New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, Colicchio has grown his brand called Crafted Hospitality quite impressively. He has opened Small Batch, a locally inspired American restaurant in Garden City, Long Island; another Craft location in Los Angeles; and Craftsteak, a steakhouse, in Las Vegas.

Colicchio has four restaurants within New York City, including the original Craft, plus the Italian restaurant Vallata in Flatiron, Temple Court, and Wichcraft, a fast-casual sandwich concept focusing on in-season, local ingredients. Colicchio may open an eighth restaurant in Washington D.C.'s Penn Quarter in the near future.
