The sauce contains no preservatives or added sugar. Its ingredients are whole peeled tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, carrots, onions, salt, oregano, garlic, and basil.
Since its founding in 1992, the brand has refused to add starches, fillers, or colors. Instead, every sauce is slowly simmered in small batches to ensure quality over quantity.
As a result of this practice, the price is slightly higher at about $4.99 for a 12.3 oz jar of pizza sauce. However, it's absolutely worth paying a little extra.
