With great texture, flavor, protein content, and affordability, the East Coast Seafood brand’s Japanese Hokkaido scallops topped our ranking of seven Costco frozen seafoods.
The scallops come together in under 10 minutes, excluding the thawing time. Our reviewer cooked them in butter and garlic, as suggested by the packaging, and got delicious results.
Since none of the seven Costco frozen seafood items were subpar, we recommend trying all of them. However, if you could only choose one, go for the Japanese Hokkaido scallops.
