Hawaiian Iced Tea Is A Tropical Twist On Its Long Island Cousin

A lesser-known but equally delightful variation of Long Island Iced Tea is Hawaiian Iced Tea. It ditches the mix of multiple high-proof spirits for a lighter flavor profile.
Instead of cola, this cocktail uses pineapple juice as the base, lending a sweeter, fruitier profile. This easy switch amplifies a smoother, rounder flavor.
To make this drink, combine equal parts vodka, rum, tequila, gin, lemon and lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Add a few splashes of pineapple juice and shake.
