Has Ina Garten's Husband Jeffrey Ever Disliked Any Of Her Meals?

Whether you're making a complex meal or microwaving leftovers, Ina Garten has a tip for it all. Garten’s fans will doubtlessly be familiar with her husband Jeffrey, who appears in many of Garten’s episodes and blog posts, and while being married to one of the world’s most famous chefs sounds like a dream come true, does Jeffrey like everything she makes?
Ina and Jeffrey have been married since 1986 and considering the chef has a cookbook literally titled “Cooking for Jeffrey,” it’s safe to say she knows her husband’s tastes. According to Ina, "Jeffrey is an easy audience. He likes everything I make," and in fact, her husband seems to agree, revealing that only two of his wife's world-famous meals have ever missed the mark.
According to Jeffrey, one time Ina made a fish stew that "didn't turn out quite right," which is understandable considering how hard the dish is to nail. The other occasion happened toward the start of Ina’s career, when as Ina recalled, “I made one thing that was like ground beef and corn that […] was just awful. And he was like 'Mmh this is delicious, don't ever make it again.'"
