Greek Yogurt Is Bobby Flay's Favorite Breakfast Staple

For a healthy breakfast, Bobby Flay always turns to Greek yogurt, a tangy ingredient that can be the star of a morning dish or a delicious side.
Flay told Bon Appetit that for his morning, “[Breakfast] usually consists of something like Greek yogurt with some fresh berries and honey or pomegranate molasses.”
Compared to regular yogurt, Greek yogurt has a sharp flavor and thick texture with a bigger dose of protein. It's also super versatile, which is likely why Flay never tires of it.
You can stir a dollop of Greek yogurt into a bowl of oatmeal to make it richer, or use the yogurt as a thicker, more tangy alternative to whipped cream on French toast and waffles.
