Grilled corn on the cob with taco seasoned butter
Give Your Grilled Corn A Flavor Bump From Taco-Spiced Butter
For grilled corn that has earthy and spicy notes, swap traditional butter with savory, taco-spiced compound butter, which you can quickly make right at home.
To do so, start by taking one unsalted butter stick at room temperature. It should be soft enough to easily mix but not melted, so try to avoid using the microwave.
Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of your favorite taco seasoning packet, or more if desired. Blend it with the butter using a fork or hand mixer until it’s thoroughly combined.
When the corn is hot off the grill, slather it generously with the butter. For added zing, sprinkle with a little more taco seasoning, fresh cilantro, or crumbled feta cheese.
