Give Pork Tenderloin Major Flavor By Marinating It Cocktail Ingredients
BY JULIA HOLLAND
Marinating is a surefire way to better the flavor and texture of pork tenderloins, and one of the best marinades you can use is also a well-known cocktail: the margarita.
The acidity of the lime and orange juice not only adds flavor but tenderizes the meat, while the smoky notes of the tequila balance the zesty citrus.
For your marinade, mix equal parts of orange juice and tequila with twice the amount of lime juice, along with any aromatics, herbs, and spices of your choice.
Marinate for one to eight hours in the fridge before cooking as you normally would. Then, pair the tenderloins with margaritas and guacamole or add the meat to tacos.
