Give Deviled Eggs A Gourmet Touch With One Rich Ingredient

Deviled eggs are always a party favorite. However, you can make them even better by adding a rich ingredient found in tiramisu: mascarpone.
This cheese adds fat and moisture to your deviled egg recipe. You can also substitute mascarpone for the mayonnaise in a conventional deviled egg filling or blend the two.
If you're going to swap out the mayonnaise entirely, you'll want to add some extra acid to the recipe to lighten it up. If you blend them, use a lighter mayo like Miracle Whip.
