Give Chocolate Chip Cookies A Boozy Burst Of Flavor With A Splash Of Baileys Liqueur

For those who like a little chocolate chip cookie experimentation, there's an outside-the-box ingredient that will imbue layers of flavor into them: Baileys Irish cream liqueur.
With flavors of cocoa and a creamy body, Baileys has a mild bite that perks up flavors around it and adds notes of caramel, vanilla, and subtle woody undertones.
Add Baileys to your homemade cookies when mixing the butter and sugar. As the two homogenize and fluff through the addition of air, add two or three tablespoons of Baileys.
