For The Best Zucchini Noodles, Fire Up Your Air Fryer

For perfect zucchini noodles, cook them in an air fryer. Zucchini has a high water content, and the air fryer removes that excess moisture for crisp yet tender noodles.
Spiralize your zucchini, pat the noodles dry, and coat them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry them for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until crispy.
Once done, toss the noodles in cooked pasta sauce and serve with a sprinkle of grated cheese. They have a naturally sweet taste, so they don't need much to dress them up.
If your noodles get too crispy, soften them in a creamy sauce on the stove. Alternatively, if they are too soggy, salt the noodles before cooking to help draw out moisture.
