Adding a sprinkle of salt and buttermilk powder to vegetables like fresh tomato, cucumber, or cauliflower will take produce to the next level with epic tanginess.
Using a sieve for even seasoning, sprinkle onto freshly sliced vegetables, or dip the veggies into a shallow bowl filled with the powder, knocking off any excess.
Once doused in this flavorful powder, add these fresh and tart veggies to a sandwich, salad, or creamy dip.
For sweet-and-tart grilled peaches with complex caramelization, follow the same procedure but whisk in a few tablespoons of brown sugar to the buttermilk powder.
Buttermilk powder is also excellent on roasted produce like broccoli and cauliflower as it is on snack food like popcorn and potato chips.
