Enjoy The Fruity Punch of These Simple 2-Ingredient Pancakes
BY NIKKI MUNOZ
If you're craving homemade pancakes but don't have all the ingredients, simplify things and make fruity, two-ingredient pancakes using two eggs and one banana.
Start by blending a ripe, sweet banana with the eggs for an even consistency. Be sure to keep the pancakes small so they can be flipped without falling apart.
Oil a pan and set the stove to medium heat. Cook the first side for three to four minutes until golden brown, flip, and cook for one to two minutes more.
Just note that these pancakes will be quite thin, have a creamier, custard-like texture, and have a stronger banana flavor than their traditional counterpart.
