Eggs And Chocolate Are All You Need For The Easiest 2-Ingredient Brownies
BY NIKKI MUNOZ
To make brownies, you just need two ingredients: a bag of chocolate chips (or chocolate bars) and six eggs. The eggs will be whipped, providing volume and a cakey texture.
You'll need 12 ounces of chocolate, which is equivalent to about 1 ⅔ cups. Beat the eggs on low speed and increase as you go for about eight minutes until the eggs are pale.
Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Fold the whisked eggs into the chocolate — add the eggs in sections, instead of all at once.
After pouring into the pan, bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once they're finished, let them cool completely before diving in to enjoy.
