Many grocery stores have started selling sourdough bread, but some fall short, including the 365 Organic Sourdough Sandwich Bread by Whole Foods.
Whole Foods markets its bread as organic sourdough, but it looks and tastes nothing like it. The bread has an off-putting color and it has been said to taste like cardboard.
The brand’s sourdough begins to crumble while still in your hands, which isn't typical for sourdough. The slices disintegrate, showing a lack of elasticity and chew.
