Does Haagen-Dazs' Bourbon Ice Cream Actually Contain Booze?

Häagen-Dazs Spirits Bourbon Praline Pecan and Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle ice creams do include a tiny bit of bourbon, but just a smidge at less than 0.5% ABV.
The bourbon flavor in the ice cream is intended to replicate the rich, warm notes associated with whiskey rather than providing an alcoholic kick.
While you may assume the bourbon label means it contains alcohol, only a small amount is used like a magic ingredient. You'd need to eat a huge amount of ice cream to feel a buzz.
