You’ll need a neutral frying oil, a can of oysters, flour, seasonings of choice, two eggs, and bread crumbs. Heat the oil to 375°F before you start frying the oysters.
Prepare the oysters by draining the can and patting them dry. Lightly coat the oysters in seasoned flour, dip them into an egg wash, and coat them in seasoned breadcrumbs.
You'll know your oysters are done when they have a golden brown color, which will take two to three minutes. Once done, transfer them to a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
