Costco Sells Buffalo Trace's Limited Prohibition Collection

Whiskey distillery Buffalo Trace has an annual, limited-edition Prohibition Collection that has been seen at Costco. It was discounted 20%, from nearly $1,000 to $800.
As of June 2024, the collection hasn't even been out for a year. Consumers' trust and respect in the brand has translated to quick and competitive purchases.
The price is still steep, given that all five whiskeys come in 375-milliliter bottles. It’s possible the arrival at Costco indicates less success than the distillery anticipated.
