Charcuterie Snow Globes Put A Holiday Spin On Your Grazing Table
BY ANNIE JOHNSTON
To spice up your charcuterie boards at holiday gatherings, transform them into charcuterie snow globes. This prevents a lot of hands all over one large charcuterie board.
A charcuterie snow globe is a snow globe filled with various meats, cheeses, fruits, and spreads. You can find the domed food containers in bulk on Amazon or Etsy.
Since you'll have less space when working with domed containers, cut the food quite small. Opt for finger-sized foods like cherry tomatoes, nuts, cheese cubes, and mini crackers.
When assembling your snow globes, add your foods to the base, starting from the largest piece and slowly filling in and stacking up the space around it with smaller food.
Finish off with garnish and snap the lid on. If you'd like, decorate the globe by wrapping a piece of twine or ribbon around the base and attaching sprigs of holly.
