Bananas And Oats Are All You Need For Delicious 2-Ingredient Cookies
BY ELIZABETH OKOSUN
When you're craving something sweet, turn to two pantry staple ingredients — ripe bananas and oats — to easily make cookies that can satisfy your sweet tooth.
With bananas and oatmeal, you can make a batch of cookies in only a few minutes. A ripe banana will add the right amount of sweetness, but you can add some sugar if you want.
Mix ripe bananas and rolled or quick oats in a bowl and mash them together. Pour more oatmeal until the bananas are covered, then form the cookies into balls.
Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees F for around 12 minutes, or until the oats look slightly browned. Alternatively, heat them in the air fryer at 360 degrees F for 10 minutes.
