Bake Rice Pudding For A Much Faster, Quicker Treat
BY NIKKI MUNOZ
Developed by Catherine Brookes, Tasting Table's baked rice pudding is a recipe you can turn to when you don’t have much time or energy to spend on a homemade dessert.
This recipe uses staple ingredients you might already have and requires only a few minutes of prep time, since you don’t need to cook the rice beforehand.
Short-grain white rice, vanilla, and cinnamon go into the pudding, and you can dress up bowls of it with fresh fruit, jam, whipped cream, almond slices, or candied pecans.
You can keep leftover pudding in the fridge for up to four days. Use an airtight container to preserve its freshness, and reheat in the microwave if you want to warm it up again.
