Bake Ramen Noodles In The Oven For An Easy Weeknight Dinner
BY JULIA HOLLAND
While they can be customized in many ways, baking ramen noodles in the oven is a simple technique that will yield an easy one-dish dinner for the whole family.
Start by parboiling the noodles so that they don't dry out in the oven. It's a controversial technique for noodles, but necessary for a ramen bake.
Once the noodles are ready, add your sauce, veggies, and raw protein to a casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until all raw ingredients are cooked.
You can always use frozen veggies, pre-chopped meat, and bottled sauce. You can also use the seasoning packet mixed with oil and soy sauce to dress the noodles.
