Applebee's Menu Items You Should Avoid At All Costs

Mixed Drinks
Applebee's famous mixed drink specials might be fine as an after-work cocktail, but not if you're in the mood for treating yourself to something delicious.
Plenty of customers confirm that these bargain drinks are just not good, with some Redditors saying that the $1 Long Island iced tea isn't worth it, even if it was free.
Many customers have shared their experiences with other pasta dishes from the chain online. Their complaints range from sad-looking noodles to tiny portions with very little meat.
According to the American Heart Association, restaurant foods are among the highest sources of sodium. Ideally, it should be around 1,500 milligrams a day.
However, some Applebee's sandwiches far exceed this amount, like the bacon cheddar crispy chicken sandwich with 3,670 milligrams or the Prime Rib Dipper with 4,330 milligrams.
Their riblets are widely condemned for being chewy, gristle-filled meat slabs, with the only favorable comment suggesting they are sometimes edible. The ribs are not any better.
One Redditor posted that they ordered the soup, and Applebee's forgot the actual soup, sending them a soup container of just a slice of cheese and a crouton.
