Anthony Bourdain Loved One Fast Food Mac & Cheese On The Down Low

Celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain liked to get himself some mac and cheese, but instead of a gourmet version, he had a not-so-secret love for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen's mac.
Bourdain revealed to 92NY he would put on a hoodie and "sneak" into his local Popeyes on the low down for the "nasty macaroni and cheese," conceding, "I just love that stuff."
In 2018, Bourdain also took a People magazine reporter to Popeyes to witness him feasting on its famous spicy chicken, biscuits and gravy, Dr. Pepper, and mac and cheese.
After eating abroad for ten days, Bourdain said Popeyes is exotica, adding, "To be back and eat some Americana food, well, I will weep with gratitude at macaroni and cheese."
Bourdain also admitted that if he couldn't get Popeyes, he would go to "the Colonel," also known as KFC, and quite often, his mac and cheese cravings hit him in the mornings.
