Alton Brown Cannot Fathom Cooking Without One Kitchen Tool

In a 2018 Men's Journal interview, Alton Brown lauded the versatility of a board scraper, which aids in both cooking and cleaning, noting he often travels with it to keep it handy.
"I don't understand how people can exist without a board scraper or a dough blade," Brown added. After all, it's a one-size-fits-all tool you can use in your daily kitchen routine.
