According To David Chang, Restaurants By A Costco Are A Go-To

On the Instagram account for his podcast, “The Dave Chang Show,” chef David Chang shared that you should look for restaurants near Costco locations, since they’re usually good.
In the Instagram clip, Chang and his counterpart Chris Ying order from California's Pho Tran Vu and order bowls of noodles and seasoned meals.
At first, Ying had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by his noodles with shrimp and crab. Chang devoured his pho noodles topped with crab sauce and vegetables.
Chang and Ying concluded that the destination was a solid choice for visitors in that area. It’s safe to say that Chang’s theory may have some rewarding benefits.
Be sure to look for restaurants with clear reviews online. Don't be afraid to order and try something new while you’re out shopping, just as Chang and Ying demonstrated.
