Greece
Greek potato salad, aka patatosalata, gives the humble potato a fresh twist to create a light side dish that pairs perfectly with many Mediterranean meals.
The salad is made of potatoes, crumbled feta, red onion, and capers tossed in a tangy sauce of olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and black pepper for a light, mayo-free potato salad.
Dominican Republic
Dominican potato salad exists in two variations, which are ensalada rusa (Russian potato salad) and ensalada mixta. They differ by one ingredient: beetroot.
