There are a lot of great chicken parmigiana subs in New Jersey, but the one from Carmine’s Italian Deli is too good to pass up. It's difficult to get a chicken parm wrong, but Carmine’s quality is truly standout and consistent, with a well-done chicken cutlet, balanced sauce, and melty mozzarella.
