Bertrand Grébaut opened this no-reservations seafood spot just up the street from his Michelin-starred (and virtually impossible to get into) restaurant Septime. It's a casual, cool and unpretentious place to enjoy natural wine. The seasonal small plates menu spans the globe with sea snails paired with curry mayo and a Frenchified take on New England clam chowder with lardons. There will be a riot if the maple syrup tart, covered in a cloud of whipped cream, is ever taken off the menu.
