Elliott Moss, formerly of The Admiral, teamed up with Chai Pani and MG Road's Molly and Meherwan Irani for this Eastern Carolina-influenced whole-hog barbecue hot spot in South Slope. Moss smokes each hog for more than 18 hours in custom-built indoor pits and serves it finely chopped with traditional sides, like braised collards and stewed baby lima beans. Wash it all down with something from the lengthy list of local draft beers and craft cocktails.
