School's back in session, but instead of syllabus papers and Scantrons, we're arming you with muddlers and cocktail shakers. Join us each month at the Liquor Lab, NYC's hands-on classroom, where you'll get a crash course on cocktails 101—complete with paired bites to fuel you through the lecture, whether it's dumplings from Nom Wah Tea Parlor or desserts from Breads Bakery.

Past Events: 

Drinks & Desserts 

This class guided guests on how to make a Whiskey Sour, Honey Dew Margarita, Passion Fruit Gin Fizz and an Espresso Martini at Midnight. Drinks were paired with savory and sweet bites from Breads Bakery and Tipsy Scoop.

 

Drinks & Dumplings

This previous class focused on Asian-inspired cocktails, each with its own flavor and flair: the Szechuan Sipper, Spicy Sunrise, Lunar Lantern and Bourbon Dragon. Each drink was paired with a different dumplings by Nom Wah Nolita.
